A Opportunity for a RN Weekend Supervisor
We are seeking an exceptional individual with strong leadership skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent care in a Long Term Care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure nursing operational standards are met and maintained.
- Train new team members, evaluate nurses' performance, and enforce policies and procedures.
- Provide compassionate support to residents, family, and friends, promoting a nurturing environment.
- Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors' instructions.
- Handle complaints or other issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
- One (1) or more years of experience in Long Term Care environment preferred.
