Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Transportation Coordinator to join our team. The Transportation Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the transportation operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations.
Duties
- Plan and coordinate transportation activities, including route assignments and scheduling of drivers
- Monitor transportation costs and maintain budgetary compliance
- Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and meet safety standards
- Communicate with drivers, clients, and vendors to coordinate logistics
- Track and report key performance indicators related to transportation operations
- Address any issues or delays in transportation promptly to minimize disruptions
Requirements
- Proven experience in transportation coordination or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficiency in transportation management software is a plus
