Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the closing process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and review closing documents, including settlement statements and title commitments.
- Outstanding communication with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers to coordinate smooth transactions.
- Conduct real estate closings with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Address any title-related issues that arise and work toward resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners to foster repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Escrow Officer, Closer, or similar role in the title industry preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, title insurance, and closing procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with closing software (e.g., SoftPro, Qualia, Resware) is a plus.
- Florida Title Agent License preferred but not required.
