Cottrell Title is looking for our next great team member to join us as a Real Estate Closing Processor.

Responsibilities
- The Processor provides estimated title costs and important timelines to the client, requests that the client complete the electronic closing information worksheet, requests commission verification estoppels from the Agents, and begins collecting information required for closing the transaction and fulfilling contractual and title requirements.
- Responsible for obtaining mortgage payoffs, sufficient funds Affidavits, and contractor final payment Affidavits.
- Display strong follow up and customer service skills while working independently within a team environment.
- Perform additional office duties as required by the needs of our business.
Skills
- Current title processor or legal assistant a plus.
- Client-focused with excellent customer service skills and an effective communicator is a must.
- Organized and detailed-oriented individual with the ability to work on multiple projects/transactions simultaneously.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree and/or 1-3 years of experience processing real estate closings or real estate preferred but not required.
- Willing to learn, operate in a team environment and ability to explain the real estate closing process.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a Plus.
- Ability to work daily from our Estero, FL office location.
