We are looking for full time, experienced Call Center Agents / Business and Internet Development Representatives! Excellent phone skills are required...automotive knowledge is a plus but not a deal breaker! Great pay and benefits! All qualified candidates will be considered!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be responsible for contacting individuals by phone, email or text and setting appointments for the following:
- Prospects who were recently in the dealership
- Internet inquiries
- Phone Ups
- Follow up on Previous Leads
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
- Attention to detail, goal oriented and results driven
- Willingness to learn and a 'Can Do' attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively with a customer through email and/or text
- High Energy and Enthusiasm
- Making 100 Plus Contacts a Day
