About the Role:
We’re seeking a driven, energetic, and solution-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in B2B sales, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping customers find the right solutions. You’ll be key in driving revenue growth and expanding Coulmed’s presence in the medical storage and sterile processing market.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage Inbound Leads – Qualify and convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Prospect & Outreach – Proactively cold call, email, and network to identify new business opportunities within your territory.
- Sales Pipeline Management – Track leads and opportunities in our CRM system to ensure a strong and organized sales funnel.
- Product Education – Develop a deep understanding of our products and confidently communicate their value to customers.
- Collaborate with the Team – Work closely with marketing, customer service, and the field sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet & Exceed Sales Targets – Drive revenue growth and help Coulmed expand in the healthcare market.
Qualifications:
- B2B sales experience
- Strong communication & relationship building skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales technology to manage leads, track opportunities, and optimize sales performance
- Comfortable using email automation, sales engagement tools, and virtual communication platforms
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills
- A self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
- A passion for healthcare, innovation, and improving hospital workflows

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
