Position Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for building and sustaining relationships with airlines and other airport-based companies. The Account Manager recruits and refers qualified job-seekers to airport-based companies. The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact and is responsible for client satisfaction. The Account Manager is expected to provide best-in-class customer service to accounts, job-seekers and all stakeholders. In addition, the Account Manager is expected to build relationships with customers to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. The Account Manager is the liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services.
Responsibilities Include:
- Build and sustain relationships with airlines and other airport-based companies to provide opportunities for job seekers in the aviation industry.
- To work in our New York Career Center
- Recruit and match qualified job seekers to job orders.
- Conduct labor market research and follow trends within the aviation industry.
- Develop new and innovative methods to attract qualified job –seekers to CAO job opportunities.
- Responsible for customer communications, conflict resolution, and deliverables.
- Reviews all deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
- Responsible for meeting placement goals on a monthly basis.
- Ensures that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Director of Business Services of any problems that may arise.
- Pursue opportunities for account growth and new business.
- Communicates the customer’s goals and represent the customer’s interests to the team.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Ensures accurate input of all account activity and status in the database and that required performance reports are submitted in a timely fashion.
Qualifications
- Frequent Travel to JFK and LGA airports and CAO satellite Offices in the Rockaways and Corona, New York
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience and demonstrated success in account management.
- Knowledge and experience in aviation industry recruitment and hiring processes preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and effectively deliver results based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
- High level of initiative and works well in a team environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and database management.
- Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
- Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
