Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a dynamic team, managing shifts and daily activities to ensure smooth warehouse operations and international cargo handling, while staying on top of all regulatory requirements and customs documentation.
• Be a hands-on manager who trains and develops staff with ongoing training, including customer-specific and regulatory sessions, while promoting a culture of safety and security compliance.
• Oversee a collaborative team, ensuring all employees follow key safety, security, and operational policies to meet customer expectations, while maintaining audit requirements and regulatory standards.
• Take charge of operational challenges, including aircraft weight and balance/load planning, and coordinate with various departments to streamline services and keep everything running like clockwork.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of previous management/specialist supervisory experience in field service duties
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
• Must be reliable and available to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays
