Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio (COA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing quality of life for older adults, people with disabilities, their families and caregivers. We promote choice, independence, dignity and well-being through a range of services that help people remain in their homes for as long as possible. COA is a state-designated Area Agency on Aging, serving a 5-county region.
Position Description: Assist program with various reports, completing customer service calls to members and assistance with non-clinical tasks within the program.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Data entry including but is not limited to inputting new members, documenting member conversations, and researching reporting needs
- Generate Monthly Activity Reports for all Regions.
- Generate Program Billing Reports and submit to Manager for processing and approval
- Process Positive Choices Team Mileage
- Process Positive Choices Team Mail
- Assist with Ad Hoc reports in CareDirector as needed
- Assist with scheduling meetings for the Positive Choices Team and Manager
Qualification Requirements:
- High school diploma with two years of relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software applications as needed.
- Ability to problem solve and work independently with good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to pay close attention to details.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
