Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and assist with receptionist duties, including handling phone calls.
- Perform secretarial tasks such as organizing, filing, data entry, and general office duties.
- Support emergency response efforts under the COASL Disaster Preparedness Plan to ensure senior safety.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with staff, clients, and the public.
Requirements:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent (business, college, or clerical courses are a plus).
Experience: Two years of administrative experience preferred (additional experience may substitute for education).
Skills:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in business English, spelling, and grammar.
- Familiarity with office procedures and computer basics.
