What You’ll be Doing
In learning about commercial real estate brokerage, you will be working alongside the COUNCIL broker team, one of the highest performing teams in the Southeast. You’ll be learning the ins and outs of retail real estate brokerage while supporting a team that represents regional and national clients expanding their store counts and property values in Georgia and the Southeast.
· Prepare market research documents and presentations
· Support the brokerage team with preparing Letters of Intent and Purchase Contracts
· Assist with the transaction pipeline for the firm’s brokers and co-brokers
· Participate in client and partner engagements
A Successful Summer Intern
· Is an eager and agile learner looking to apply their undergraduate coursework
· Has a professional presence and exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
· Is enthusiastic about commercial real estate and looking to develop a brokerage career
What You’ll Need to Have
· Completed 2 years of undergraduate coursework (rising Junior, Senior or above) while pursuing your degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related field.
· High level of skill in working with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
· Knowledge of Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, Photoshop)
· Real Estate License Preferred, but not required
