Job Description
Real Estate Office is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant. Must be a self starter, take ownership of the position, dependable and punctual. Good written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and a great work ethic are required. Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
Duties and responsibilities include scheduling meetings/appointments/classes and events. Draft correspondence, greet guests and provide general administrative support as needed. Answer phones. Perform all other office tasks and duties as required.
Hours are Monday-Friday 9am - 1pm or 2:00 pm
Qualifications:
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills. Must be self-motivated and a self-starter and must be focused to get the job done daily
Bi-lingual - speaking English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
