Evergreen House Coordinator
CSAC is looking for a dynamic new leader and facilitator for the Evergreen House wellness and recovery program. Evergreen offers a welcoming gathering place for people coping with life disrupting mental health challenges, and also offers a mix of opportunities to engage in wellness and recovery activities. We are looking for the new coordinator to continue to support what members find so valuable about Evergreen while also helping to develop new opportunities for the program to serve as a resource hub and a bridge to community interconnectedness. CSAC is growing and increasingly centering the role of peer support as a core service and hopes the Evergreen Coordinator can help take part in those developments.
The ideal candidate would have lived experience from coping with mental health challenges, prior experience in offering peer services to people coping with similar challenges, would have training in and experience with Intentional Peer Support, and would ideally have prior supervisory/leadership experience. A BA required.
37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday daytime hours. Comprehensive benefit package.
