Job Overview:

The Regional Manager oversees the overall success of a specific region. They lead a small team of sales and aftersales professionals to achieve company goals. This includes setting sales and retention strategies, supporting technical service and education initiatives, and managing the team to ensure revenue, retention, and profitability targets are met.
Job Duties:
- Achieve regional revenue, retention, and profitability targets
- Manage actions of regional team members to ensure that the regions meet quarterly and annual targets for revenue, retention, and profitability
- Lead the regional team in creating and refining the regional strategy to align with the company’s overall goals
- Ensure regional success by understanding and influencing leading indicators and metrics
- Collaborate with the regional management team to create and support customers across all channels through best-in-class education and technical support
Requirements:
- Passion for coffee and a commitment to Counter Culture Coffee’s mission and values
- At least three years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
- At least one year of management experience in specialty coffee or a closely related field
- Proven ability to identify, hire, and develop successful team members
- Strong leadership, management, and accountability skills
- Proven ability to create and execute strategies aligned with company goals and KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in CRM systems, G-Suite, and relevant communication tools
- Enjoys travel, including occasional overnight trips
- Willing to work hours may be outside of normal business hours including some weekends and or holidays
- Must have a valid US driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle

- Come to a comprehensive understanding of our wholesale program including our products, services, and best practices
- Master scheduling and communication via G-suite applications
- Become proficient in Counter Culture’s CRM system and sales reporting tools

- Lead QBR for regional team members to set priorities, identify and resolve issues, and improve line of sight with the goal of improving regional profitability
- Conduct quarterly reviews with each member of the region
