What are the responsibilities and job description for the Camera Maintenance Technician position at CounterTrade Products, Inc.?
CounterTrade Products, Inc. is seeking a qualified Camera Maintenance Technician to handle the maintenance of IP cameras at client locations. The ideal candidate has prior experience with maintaining a variety of IP based cameras and good attention to detail as it relates to upkeep and tracking of maintenance tasks. This position requires daily cleaning of multiple cameras at client locations both inside and outside as well as observation and reporting of camera conditions. Cameras may be located at heights requiring the use of a ladder and experience working at heights is required. This is a full-time position encompassing multiple client sites.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Required
- Cleaning a variety of camera types (dome, bullet, etc.) at both inside and outside location in all types of weather
- Climbing, bending, and lifting items over 10lbs
- Reporting of deformities and issues with camera including but not limited to : loose screws, cracked / damage camera housing, evidence of tampering, non-functional cameras
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow a maintenance schedule
- Daily logging and reporting of work performed at client sites
- Travel to client sites daily
- Assisting with IT Video and Camera Service Technician when needed
