Requirements/Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
-Greet customers warmly as they enter the restaurant.
-Provide information on menu items and promotions.
-Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
-Enter orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
-Prepare and assemble food orders quickly and correctly.
-Ensure food items meet quality and safety standards before serving.
-Work cooperatively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
-Perform other duties as assigned by the shift manager or store manager.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service establishment preferred
-Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
-Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) is a plus
