Description
We are in search of a Bartender that will play a key role in getting this property across the finish line. If you are experienced, innovative, tenacious, and ready to make your mark - we want to hear from you. This position reports directly to Food and Beverage Supervisor and is responsible for the following:
- Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant.
- Helping guests be aware of and choose menu items, taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their visit.
- Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service.
- Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages.

The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.

Requirements
Education & Experience:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
- Must be TIPS, CARE (or equivalent) certified, or be willing to become certified.
- Ability to input and access information in the property management system/point of sales system.
Licenses:
- Food Handlers License – KCMO within 30 days of hire
- Liquor License – KCMO within 30 days of hire
