Job Summary:

Country Club of Landfall is a premier private club known for its exceptional service, beautiful facilities, and commitment to excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Office Assistant to support our HR department. This role involves handling administrative tasks, assisting with recruitment processes, and helping maintain employee resource materials. The ideal candidate should be proactive, possess strong communication skills, and be able to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the talent search process by organizing and reviewing resumes and coordinating candidate communications.
• Assist in scheduling initial training schedules and facilitating introductions to key team members.
• Assist with maintaining and creating employee resource materials such as fliers, newsletters, brochures, presentations, etc.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement events, orientation, and meetings.
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
• Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
