WELLNESS DIRECTOR

Our Wellness Director will help create an environment where staff members are highly engaged and are focused on providing the highest level of clinical care and compassion to patients, residents and families. Responsible for assuring that the center operates in full compliance with the Federal and State regulations, which will result in high levels of performance in each of the center's Strategic Focus Areas. The Wellness Director is responsible for planning and is accountable for all operations of the assisted living facility subject to rules and regulations promulgated by government agencies to ensure proper health care servies to residents.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Ensures compliance with State and Federal Regulations

2. Ensures adoption of policies, guidelines and standards

3. Ensures all elements of the Holland culture are embedded in the daily operations

4. Ensures that quality care and services is provided to all residents.

5. Participates in business development meetings

EDUCATION/VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Experience in the administration of an assisted living campus

2. Demonstrated ability to manage team performance in a fast- paced environment

3. Demonstrated strength in communication, organization, planning and management.

JOB SKILLS:

1. Excellent interpersonal skill and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.

2. Must have a working knowledge of all government regulations including Medicaid and Waiver programs.

3. General knowledge of accounting principles and practices and a comprehensive knowledge of employee practices and standards.

4. On-call availability for Center as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $26.44 per hour
