We are looking for a Hotel Night Auditor to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you! Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to guest issues in a timely and professional manner
- Set up hot continental breakfast daily
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Skills
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role preferred
- Guest services mindset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Efficiency on the computer preferred (on-the-job training of computer system provided)
- Food handling experience is a plus
Requirements
- Able to stand for (potentially) 8 hours
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Job Type: Full-Time (5 nights, 40 hours per week) or Part-time (2-4 nights, 16-32 hours per week)
Salary: $15.50 per hour starting
Schedule:
- 10PM-6AM shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend and holiday availability required (will not be required to work every weekend or holiday)

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk/Reception: 1 year (Preferred)
- Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
