- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the organization.
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for office staff.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial transactions and record keeping as needed.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services offered if applicable.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall office efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Strong clerical skills including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
