Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and providing information about hotel services.
- Assist guests with reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance guest experiences.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
