We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in the hospitality industry. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests with reservations or requests.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while ensuring all guest areas are inviting and well-kept.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary to management.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk role within a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest relations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software is an advantage; familiarity with night audit procedures is beneficial.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
