Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during nighttime hours. This position is responsible for balancing financial transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting guests with their needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent communication skills.
Duties
- Perform night audit functions, including balancing accounts and preparing financial reports.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant stay.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and ensure all charges are posted correctly.
- Assist guests with reservations, special requests, and any other inquiries related to their stay.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and messages.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is an advantage.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele.
