Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Supervise and train front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Conduct night audits to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Implement hotel policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and guest communications.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests by providing personalized service.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote hotel services and amenities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management, preferably in a front desk role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
