Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay. Evenings , weekends and some occasional night shifts available.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
- Assist guests with reservations, both over the phone and in person
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Manage phone calls and reservations
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and efficiently
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on guest relations
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- or multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of resort or hospitality management is advantageous
