Duties

- Oversee the front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes while maintaining accurate records.
- Manage budgeting and financial reporting to optimize hotel performance and profitability.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance guest services and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with human resources to recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance.
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions and services to assist guests with recommendations and information.
