Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments function efficiently and effectively.
- Supervise front desk staff and manage guest services to provide an outstanding experience for all guests.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Lead, train, and motivate hotel staff to achieve high levels of performance in customer service and hospitality.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel’s services and special events.
