Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to join our team and maintain a clean and orderly environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel housekeeping and possess strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all areas of the hotel including guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish room supplies
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and wash windows
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Notify management of any damages or repairs needed
- Adhere to housekeeping procedures and company policies
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies used in hotel settings
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices
- Ability to perform various cleaning tasks including floor care and industrial cleaning techniques
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
