Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Assist in food preparation, including cooking and presenting breakfast items.
- Monitor food quality and freshness, replenishing items as needed throughout service.
- Provide excellent guest services by greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs during breakfast hours.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
- Assist with catering events or banquets as required, contributing to the overall success of the hotel's food service operations.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.
Skills
- Experience in kitchen or catering environments is preferred.
