Job Summary
The Breakfast Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests during breakfast hours. Duties
- Prepare and cook breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with fresh food items, including pastries, fruits, cereals, and hot dishes.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including coffee machines and cooking appliances.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas by following proper sanitation procedures.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests related to their breakfast experience.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Perform meat cutting and other culinary tasks as required to support breakfast offerings.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or catering is preferred.
- Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on breakfast preparation.
- Excellent guest relations skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
