We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and guest services team. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily front office operations, including guest check-in/check-out procedures.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff to ensure high standards of customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage phone systems to ensure effective communication with guests and staff.
- Oversee the scheduling of staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information.
- Implement hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor front desk operations to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role within the hotel industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software.
