Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Conduct deep cleaning of assigned areas such as restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Follow established protocols for cleaning and sanitizing to maintain health standards.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed or directed by management.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices and floor care techniques.
- Experience in industrial cleaning settings is a plus.
- Background in hospitality or housekeeping management preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and standards is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
