- Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist in laundry services, ensuring linens and towels are clean and properly stored.
- Uphold the highest levels of hospitality by providing friendly and courteous service to guests.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain health and safety standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial responsibilities is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
