What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Care Teacher position at Country Kids Early Learners?
We are seeking a motivated Assistant/Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with daily classroom activities, including lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and creating engaging learning experiences.
Providing individualized attention and care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Collaborating with the lead teacher and team members to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Communicating effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child's progress and experiences.
Qualifications and Requirements:
18 or older. We will train the right person.
A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
CPR and First Aid and all background checks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
