Qualifications
- Proven experience in purchasing and procurement processes
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on contract negotiation
- Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain management
- Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically QuickBooks
- Knowledge of vendor management and logistics
- Experience in procurement management and MRP systems
Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing processes, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Oversee inventory management and control to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Utilize ERP systems like QuickBooks for procurement management and reporting.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline supply chain operations.
- Maintain vendor relationships and conduct contract negotiations to enhance procurement efficiency.
- Analyze market trends to inform purchasing decisions and strategies.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including payroll
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
