Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to managers, including preparing reports and managing feed load scheduling.
- Maintain files and keep the office organized, including inventory of manufacturing supplies.
- Oversee the collection and shipping of finished feed and ingredient samples.
- Communicate and/or coordinate instructions and desires with various individuals and/or departments at all levels of the organization.
- Assist in ERP software duties throughout the facility.
