\nJob Overview:
As a Farm Maintenance Technician, you will handle preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for farm systems and equipment. This role is critical in ensuring safe and efficient operations across our farms. If you enjoy hands-on tasks and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\n

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, including electronic sow feeders, ventilation, plumbing, and heating systems\n
• Maintain farm equipment (tractor, mower, rear blade, etc.)\n
• Follow safety procedures and lockout/tagout protocols\n
• Conduct seasonal tasks such as snow plowing, mowing, and weed trimming\n
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment, assisting with tasks like pressure washing when needed\n

• Ability to maintain parts and tool inventory\n

\nQualifications:
\n\n

• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of maintenance experience preferred\n
• Electrical and welding experience highly desirable\n
• Valid driver’s license required\n
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in various weather conditions\n
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and push up to 100 lbs\n
