Grain Maintenance Operations
Country Visions Cooperative is looking to hire a full-time Grain Maintenance Operations for our Center Valley and Readfield locations. We have had continued success and our customer base is increasing, creating the need to hire. Now is the perfect time to join our team!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Grain handling, safety and maintenance, rolling stock and customer service
- Responsible for grain handling - incoming, stored, and outgoing grain
- Maintenance of all grain equipment maintenance with occasional fleet maintenance
- General housekeeping involved with the handling of grain
- Follow OSHA, state, and federal safety regulations
- Provides professional customer service
- Responsible for maintaining company equipment according to company standards, follows the company Uniform Policy, and maintains an appropriate professional image
- Performs related duties as they are assigned
Hours
- Typical work week is Monday through Friday, first shift hours
- Some Saturday and Sunday hours expected during October, November and December (our busy season)
- Some unpredictable and extended work hours including seasonally extended hours will occur
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Needs to be accurate and precise in completing all documents
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess valid Class A CDL and Medical Card, (if required), or the ability to obtain one
- Basic computer skills
- Exhibits essential abilities to collaborate with fellow employees, communication, customer oriented, decision making and skill development
- Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds
- Occasionally will be exposed to extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.) and noisy conditions
- Working conditions may include dust, fumes, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures
- Ability to work at varying heights (100 feet) - climbing grain bins, legs, etc.
