We're looking for an HR Assistant to support our two communities (CountryHouse Folsom and CountryHouse Granite Bay) and serve as a key resource for both staff and leadership. You’ll be a trusted advisor to prospects and new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding and training process while making a strong first impression of our company.
What You’ll Do :
- Recruitment : Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with directors.
- Onboarding : Manage offer letters, orientations, background checks, drug screenings, and child / adult abuse registry forms.
- Employee Support : Explain policies, complete required paperwork, and oversee benefits enrollment.
- Training : Set up new employees with Relias learning modules, Virtual Dementia training, and more.
- Admin Tasks : Handle personnel files, worker’s comp reports, invoices, and manage move-in / move-out deposits.
- Office Experience Required : Strong customer service, filing, multi-tasking, and proficiency in MS O365.
