Summary
As an E-Commerce Specialist at CountryMax Stores, you will play a vital role in enhancing our online presence and driving sales through our e-commerce platform. This position is essential for connecting with our customers and ensuring they have access to our diverse product offerings from the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the e-commerce website to enhance user experience and drive sales.
- Develop and implement online marketing strategies to promote products effectively.
- Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for online promotions.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to online orders and product information.
- Coordinate with inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels are reflected online.
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of retail sales principles and customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic math skills for pricing and inventory management tasks.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
