- Handle pets safely and effectively during grooming sessions to minimize stress.
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use.
- Communicate with pet owners about their pets’ grooming needs and any health concerns observed during grooming.
- Stay updated on the latest grooming techniques and trends to provide high-quality services.
- Assist with heavy lifting when handling larger breeds or multiple pets as needed.
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians or assistants when necessary for overall pet care.
Experience
- Previous experience in pet grooming is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided for the right candidate.
