Nestled on 80 acres of serene farmland just 10 minutes from KCI Airport, Countryside Montessori Day School is not your typical school. Since 2007, we’ve operated out of a renovated dairy barn, farmhouse, and garage-turned-classroom—creating a one-of-a-kind educational environment that inspires curiosity, independence, and a deep connection with the outdoors.
Children here explore creek beds, roam forest trails, and learn in beautifully curated Montessori environments. Our primary classroom serves children ages 3-6 and is designed to foster independence, academic growth, and emotional intelligence.
What You'll Do:
As a Primary Classroom Assistant, you’ll support the lead Montessori guide in creating a calm, engaging, and child-led learning space. You’ll help nurture social-emotional development, assist with daily lessons and routines, and model respectful, kind communication. You’ll also be part of outdoor learning adventures—rain or shine, summer heat or winter frost.
