What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Administrator and AP clerk position at Countryside Property Maintenance?
We are seeking a payroll administrator and accounts payable clerk to join our office team. The position includes processing biweekly payroll and entering in daily transactions for expenses into QuickBooks.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Prior experience processing payroll and accounts payable
- Possess intermediate computer skills necessary to work within web-based systems and databases (i.e. QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft SharePoint.
- Possess excellent attention to detail in inputting data.
- Strong organizational skills to meet established deadlines.
- Ability to problem solve and maintain confidential information.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, potential employees, and vendors.
- Experience using Paycom to process payroll is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Entering daily transactions for expenses.
Monitoring employee time.
Processing bi-weekly payroll.
