Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants and current residents.
- Assist in property management tasks, including leasing and maintenance coordination.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
- Utilize property management software such as Appfolio for efficient operations
- Conduct property tours, negotiate lease agreements, and manage tenant relations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to leasing activities.
- Answer phones
- Reply to all emails
- Write work order for current residents
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and compliance
- Proven negotiation skills to effectively manage lease agreements
- Experience in property management and leasing processes
- Familiarity with landlord-tenant law

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
