Position Overview:

As a Parking Lot Maintenance Laborer, you’ll be an integral part of our team, traveling to job sites within a triangle-shaped area spanning Cleveland, OH, Columbus, OH, and Pittsburgh, PA. You’ll handle a variety of tasks to ensure parking lots are maintained and repaired to meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Soft Restoration: Assist in restoring damaged areas of parking lots to a like-new condition.
• Asphalt and Concrete Repair: Perform routine repairs to asphalt and concrete surfaces, including patching cracks, potholes, and other damage.
• Loading/Unloading Equipment and Materials: Help with the transportation of tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Site Preparation & Clean-Up: Prepare job sites by clearing debris, and ensure the area is cleaned up after each job is completed.
• Digging Holes & Trenches: Assist with excavation work including digging holes and trenches as needed for concrete or asphalt projects.
• Assisting in Sealcoating & Line Striping: Support the application of sealcoat and painting of parking lot lines and markings.
• Snow Removal (Seasonal): Assist with snow removal during winter months to keep parking lots clear and accessible.
• General Labor: Perform other general labor duties as assigned, ensuring the site is safe and organized at all times.

Qualifications:

• Experience in physical labor or outdoor work (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various job sites.
• Valid Driver’s License (preferred).
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to work hard in a team environment.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure quality and precision in all work performed.

Desired Skills (Not Required, But Helpful):

• Familiarity with asphalt and concrete repair methods.
• Experience with power tools and machinery.
• Previous experience in construction, paving, or maintenance.
• Ability to safely operate construction or paving equipment.

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
