Job Overview
The County of Chesterfield is seeking a highly skilled Network Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Information Systems Technology department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the county's network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide project management for helpdesk issues, service requests, and projects as assigned.
- Establish, plan, and coordinate work efforts.
- Provide technical support to project team members.
- Handle complex application features and technical designs.
- Assist with designing and implementing the components required for complex network project designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in network administration and a minimum of five years of experience or a combination of education and experience.
- CCNA certification a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the TCP/IP model, IP protocols, and IP subnetting.
- Strong knowledge of routing & routing protocols (EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, VRRP), VLANs, trunking, NAT, QoS, Access control list (ACL), and WAN technologies.
