- Knowledge of and experience with data and network monitoring technology
- Network expertise required to specify business requirements for current and future network services
- Networking incident management
- Experience working in a State government/agency
- Cloud networking experience
- Responsible for responding to and resolving customer escalations
- Experience with commercial broadband circuits (i.e. Comcast, etc.)
