Join our team at the 7th Inning Splash Waterpark for the 2025 Summer Season! Located at 1500 Piedmont Hwy, Piedmont, SC, 29673, we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Admissions/Concessions/Party Host. This role is integral to our operations, providing excellent customer service, coordinating large groups, and ensuring smooth running of our facility. Our waterpark is a fun and dynamic environment, offering a unique opportunity to work in a place where summer never ends!
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patrons in a professional and courteous manner.
Collect and receipt various payments, close out cash registers at the end of each day, and finalize corresponding paperwork.
Answer telephone inquiries and provide information about our services and offerings.
Coordinate and supervise large groups visiting our facility.
Host parties, including set-up, serving refreshments, and post-party clean-up.
Assist patrons with concessions and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Perform general facility cleaning and stock restrooms with supplies.
Receive and respond effectively to inquiries, concerns, complaints, and requests for assistance from patrons and staff.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience in customer service and cash handling is desirable.
Proficiency in computer use is beneficial.
Availability to work day, night, weekend, and some holiday shifts throughout the summer (May – Sept.) is required.
Compensation:
The starting pay rate for this position is $12.98/hour.
