Join our team at the 7th Inning Splash Waterpark for the 2025 Summer Season! Located at 1500 Piedmont Hwy, Piedmont, SC, 29673, we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Admissions/Concessions/Party Host. This role is integral to our operations, providing excellent customer service, coordinating large groups, and ensuring smooth running of our facility. Our waterpark is a fun and dynamic environment, offering a unique opportunity to work in a place where summer never ends!
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patrons in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collect and receipt various payments, close out cash registers at the end of each day, and finalize corresponding paperwork.
- Answer telephone inquiries and provide information about our services and offerings.
- Coordinate and supervise large groups visiting our facility.
- Host parties, including set-up, serving refreshments, and post-party clean-up.
- Assist patrons with concessions and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Perform general facility cleaning and stock restrooms with supplies.
- Receive and respond effectively to inquiries, concerns, complaints, and requests for assistance from patrons and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in customer service and cash handling is desirable.
- Proficiency in computer use is beneficial.
- Availability to work day, night, weekend, and some holiday shifts throughout the summer (May – Sept.) is required.
Compensation
The starting pay rate for this position is $12.98/hour.
