Responsibilities:
Perform semi-skilled plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry projects at assigned buildings and facilities.
Conduct facility inspections to identify problems and determine necessary repairs or replacements.
Install, maintain, repair, replace and test plumbing fixtures, electrical components, HVAC systems, and related equipment.
Perform minor metal fabrication tasks.
Install and repair mechanical equipment at aquatic facilities.
Perform preventative maintenance on various equipment and systems including pumps, strainers, water slides, stair and pool deck handrails, grates, pool decks, chemical feeding equipment, chlorinators, and more.
Maintain inventory of equipment, parts and supplies.
Perform general maintenance tasks to keep machinery, equipment and tools in operable condition.
Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of three years of experience in facility, parks, and landscape maintenance.
Must possess and maintain a valid South Carolina driver's license.
